North Carolina Testimonials

Cost Per Acre Went Down

Location: North Carolina Crop: Soybeans

“Have been using Roundup® PowerMax® II in recent years. Some years I received a rebate, and other years I did not. Kyle Herring introduced me to Imitator® Plus. Better economic value, with just as (much) quality control as name brand glyphosate. My cost per acre basis went down, but control remained great. It did exactly what it was supposed to do. When I combined it with 2,4-D, it killed all the grasses and weeds out there. It also killed everything I needed it to when used over my soybeans.”

Better than any other Flumetralin

Location: North Carolina Crop: Tobacco

“Heard about Drexalin Plus from Kyle Herring. In years past, I have used FluPro® and Prime +®EC on my crop. Didn’t know about Drexalin Plus until last year. It was a very economically priced product without sacrificing quality. Worked as good, if not better than, any other flumetralin brand I have ever used.”

More Economical

Location: North Carolina Crop: Tobacco

“I used regular contact & (Royal) MH-30®, then tried Leven-38; and it worked a lot better on my crop. I heard about it through a chemical rep that wanted me to try it. It’s more economical with it being a pre-mix and I don’t have to worry about rates and mixing issues. Also like the 2×3 packing. I don’t like buckets. I’ve been using it since I can remember and if other growers would try it they wouldn’t go back to separate applications. I will use Leven-38 until they discontinue tobacco.”

Clean Corn Crop

Location: North Carolina Crop: Corn

“This is as clean a corn crop as I’ve ever had at this time of the year, especially considering what we had in the field.”

They used a tank mix of Trizmet II*, Atrazine 4L* and Liquid Nitrogen.

1 Gallon

Location: North Carolina Crop: Tobacco

“We typically use the 1 gallon rate of Drexel Sucker-Stuff® every year for our MH product in our tobacco. I have used Sucker-Stuff as long as I can remember.

“We have also used Drexalin Plus for our Flumetralin product in the past and also had great results with that. Sucker-Plucker® is also part of our contact program.

“Drexel has good products for our tobacco program in general, and we will be using them again in years to come.”

Great Product

Location: North Carolina Crop: Tobacco

“We use Drexel’s Sucker-Stuff® every year on our tobacco crop and so far it has been a great product. We tend roughly 107-110 acres and try to look after it as good as possible. I like Drexel products in my field and I will continue to use them in years to come!”

20+ years

Location: North Carolina Crop: Tobacco

“I’ve been farming tobacco over 20+ years now and for as long as I can remember we have been using Drexel Sucker-Plucker® for contact control and Drexel’s Sucker-Stuff® for our MH product. Drexel makes fine products and they work good for us. We will continue to use Sucker-Stuff and Sucker-Plucker as long as they make it.”

Consistent

Location: North Carolina Crop: Tobacco

“Between me and my father, we have been growing tobacco for as long as I can remember. This past year I decided to sit out and hopefully get back to growing it again in 2018.

“When we grew tobacco we found the most consistency in Drexel products. The two we used more commonly was Sucker-Plucker® for our contact on suckers, and for our MH we used Sucker-Stuff®. We never had any issues and the Drexel products worked great for us.

“If or when I grow tobacco again, I can assure you there will be Drexel branded products going on our tobacco.”

As Good As You Will Find

Location: North Carolina Crop: Tobacco

“I have been farming for 25 plus years and my father has been farming since the sixties. We grow a variety of crops with tobacco being out of our most important crops. In my personal experience I have found that a straight C10 alcohol like Antak® works better for us because it is a little hotter and controls the suckers better with a good burn. We have also used Drexel Super Sucker-Stuff™ for MH uses. In our field corn we use Drexel brand Atrazine and Drexel Mix. We feel like Drexel’s products are as good as you will find, and plan to use them in the future.”
